HR & Transgender employees

Several months ago, one of my team members was asked to help a client navigate through a situation where an employee was transitioning from female to male. This was the first time anyone on the team had been asked for assistance in this particular area, so a lot of research was done to determine best practices and how to move forward in a manner that was beneficial for the employees, his colleagues, and the employer.
